Vibratory bowl feeder VZ 1800U for induction heating BTHR 800/1,5-C30

Vibratory bowl feeder for induction heating BTHR 800/1,5-C30 was delivered to VIVA Zlín company. It is designed to transport the heated billets to the induction heater. The billets move on the corkscrew path from the feeder container up to the outlet neck. There are four guide bars located on the corkscrew path which navigate the billets and, if necessary, they throw the badly oriented billets back to the bottom of the feeder container. From the feeder container the billets move onto the horizontal conveyor and then onto the following chain conveyor which belongs to the customer.
