Hot Material Handling

We manufacture mechanisms for the transfer of hot workpieces from the inductor to the following machines of the production line. The billets fall out of the inductor by gravity or are pulled out by a roller extractor, a clamp extractor or a robot. We use chain conveyors or V-shaped conveyors with carrying pins to transfer the billets into the forming machine. Conveyors and chutes can be equipped with sorting flaps to discard unheated and overheated material. With the constant development of robotics we are increasingly producing mechanisms for preparation of a hot billet in a precise position for removal by a robot.
