Chain Conveyors

We manufacture chain conveyors for feeding billets into induction heaters. Our conveyors are designed for heavy-duty operation and have high wear resistance. The billets can be loaded in the conveyor by a robot, a vibratory feeder or a step feeder. The conveyor usually transfers the billets to the feed rollers, which further push the billets through the inductor. The stock of billets on the conveyor enables uninterrupted operation of the induction heater in the event of a short loading failure.
