COMPLETE EQUIPMENT FOR INDUCTION HEATING
We design and manufacture medium frequency induction heaters including equipment for manipulation cold and hot material for various industrial applications. Hundreds of manufactured heaters, 50 years of experience and our own development allow us to produce technically advanced induction heaters that meet a variety of customer requirements, achieve high efficiency, reliability, durability, easy operation and a high level of automation. We provide post-warranty service for the entire life of the equipment. We supply spare parts and provide repairs and overhauls of the induction heating equipment.
We are a Czech company with approximately 50 employees. Development and production take place in the premises of the company ROBOTERM spol. s r.o. in Chotěboř. Our workshops are equipped with the necessary technologies: machining, bending, welding of steels and non-ferrous metals, brazing, surface treatment, production of refractory concrete lining. Thanks to mainly our own production and close cooperation between design and production we can react flexibly to new orders and quickly carry out a sudden service intervention.
Our know-how extends into many fields that are applied in the design of induction heaters: high current, electronics, programming, measurement and control, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, thermal physics, materials. In order to always offer the best solution we use computer simulations and experimental testing. In some areas we cooperate with Czech universities: FEE CTU Prague, FME BUT Brno and FEE UWB Pilsen.
