We delivered a 1500 kW two-stage induction billet heater to the Czech forge. The heater is equipped with automatic feeding system with a vibratory bowl feeder, a quick inductor exchange system and a sorting unit. The control system independently controls the power of both stages to achieve high efficiency and good temperature uniformity at different power rates.
