KOMPLETTE ANLAGEN FÜR INDUKTIONSERWÄRMUNG
Thyristor frequency converter has been made for MSV Metal Studénka, a.s.. Together with three-phase separating transformer and the load of oscillatory circuit it is used for induction heating of rod ends SOT 250/4-6.
Thyristor frequency converter consists of input power circuit breaker, controlled rectifier, smoothing choke, current inverter, and overvoltage protections. The operation of the frequency converter is ensured by operating system consisting of regulator, converters and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Internal water cooling system is used for cooling electronic and other parts of power circuits of frequency converter.
